Basically, if you swap your phone line from BT to TalkTalk you will receive free Talk Talk broadband forever. This is a good deal as Talk Talk's prices are guaranteed to be cheaper than BT's anyway. TalkTalk's free broadband offering has set a president that other broadband providers will eventually have to aim for in order to remain competitive. TalkTalk is investing heavily to ensure its broadband service meets people's expectations. The Carphone Warehouse are investing over £60m, a lot of which is for new equipment to be installed in telephone exchanges throughout the UK, thereby improving reliability and extending coverage.
